**Job Title:** Presales Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales Solutions Architect to join our team at KTek Resourcing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into technical solutions that meet their business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure that solutions are feasible and meet customer expectations.
  • Present complex technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that they are clearly understood and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in presales and solutioning, with a strong track record of understanding customer needs and developing effective solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of datacenter and cloud transformation, including architecting, designing, and implementing medium to large-scale datacenter transformations and cloud migration strategies.
  • Experience working on complex IT deals, encompassing infrastructure services related to private/hybrid cloud environments, compute resources, hyper-converged and converged infrastructure, VMware technologies, database solutions, storage/backup solutions, network/communication infrastructure, enterprise monitoring and management tools, and automation technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure, and their core services, pricing models, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • CXO-level engagement experience, with a proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives, understanding their business priorities, and tailoring IT solutions to address those needs.
  • Industry experience in GSI, with certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect being beneficial.
