Job Overview:

The Spectrum Licensing team is dedicated to providing regulatory support to individuals and organizations seeking Wireless Telegraphy Act licenses. These licenses are essential for ensuring seamless wireless communication throughout the UK, encompassing mobile devices, Wi-Fi, radio equipment, and various other wireless technologies.

Role Purpose:

In this position, you will contribute to an efficient licensing process for our clients and stakeholders. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including responding to inquiries via email, live chat, and other communication channels. You will ensure a positive customer service experience while accurately handling license applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to manage licensing cases and applications in accordance with established performance indicators.
  • Deliver professional customer service and maintain effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across the Spectrum department and the broader organization to enhance the licensing process and contribute to improvements in the overall customer journey.
  • Utilize various computer systems and applications to process and oversee Spectrum Licenses.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and relevant organizational gatherings as needed.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Proficiency in using different computer applications and systems is necessary for daily tasks.
  • A solid understanding of regulatory requirements is crucial given the nature of this role.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accountability: Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the capability to prioritize and organize your workload.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively, balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A pass in English language and mathematics at GCSE level is required.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries over the phone is preferred.
