  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the council's employees, including responding to helpdesk requests, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on IT-related matters.
  • Project Management: Manage IT-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant professional/technical qualification or equivalent training and experience in a similar environment.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL certification or equivalent experience in IT service management.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of IT infrastructure, technical support, and project management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team of technical support specialists.
