Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our team of Community Advisors in delivering high-quality services to unpaid adult carers in Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality and quantity performance targets are met. This will involve working closely with the Senior Service Manager to manage the team, allocate resources, monitor caseloads, and conduct supervision meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the team of Community Advisors in delivering services to carers
* Work closely with the Senior Service Manager to manage the team and allocate resources
* Monitor caseloads and conduct supervision meetings
* Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the service

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing a team to deliver targets
* Experience of using data to support team members in reaching their potential
* Knowledge of social care or previous experience working with carers is not essential
