As part of the service delivery team, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, procuring the best value and highest quality print, and overseeing production of publications into digital formats, including ePubs.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of client requirements, working closely with publishing managers and account directors to develop and maintain collaborative client relationships. They will also be responsible for attending client meetings, inputting into management information, presentations, and reports, and working with colleagues to create and adhere to publishing schedules.

Key responsibilities include developing a clear understanding of client requirements, working closely with publishing managers and account directors, and developing and maintaining collaborative client relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for following processes and using TSO's estimating tool to approach potential vendors with print requirements, monitoring expenditure with external suppliers, and following approvals processes, including completion of relevant documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a service-minded approach with proven client and project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a team-based working approach. They will also be highly organised and a resourceful planner, with keen attention to detail and good numeracy. Previous experience in publishing, print procurement, or digital book production is desirable, as is the ability to work proficiently with Excel and experience working with complex schedules and in an environment where priorities are constantly changing.
