Job Title: Service Delivery Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Executive to join our team at Williams Lea Limited. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for managing print and digital book production across The Stationery Office (TSO). This includes proactively monitoring stock levels, procuring the best value and highest quality print, and overseeing production of publications into digital formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear understanding of client requirements and work closely with publishing managers and account directors to deliver high-quality publishing services.
  • Monitor expenditure with external suppliers and follow approvals processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
  • Effectively manage dynamic schedules and competing priorities to meet deadlines and maintain best-in-class publishing standards.
  • Proactively seek resolutions to issues that impact cost and speed to market, such as print and digital turnaround times, product specifications.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in publishing, print procurement, or digital book production is desirable.
  • Ability to work proficiently with Excel and manage complex schedules.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with a service-minded approach.
