Position: Community Care Assistant for Specialized Support
Compensation: £12.10 – £15.97, with potential increases for bank holidays
Location: We are actively seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to fill various shifts, including day, night, and weekend options (8-12 hours per shift).

Work Schedule
- Flexible shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Shift lengths of 8-12 hours, tailored to client needs.
- Options for full-time and part-time roles, with flexible contracts leading to permanent positions.
Training and Development
We provide our Healthcare Assistants with comprehensive, classroom-based training upon joining, alongside paid induction shifts and continuous support from our experienced nursing team.
If additional skills are required to meet a client's specific needs, we offer specialized training at no cost to ensure you can provide the best care possible while enhancing your own professional development.

Requirements for Healthcare Assistants:
- At least 6 months of experience in a professional care environment, ideally with individuals requiring complex care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check.
- A full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
