Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a professional care setting, preferably with adults/children requiring complex care
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure
  • Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
