Position: Community Care Assistant in Specialized Support
Salary: £12.10 – £15.97, increasing to £29.84 for secondary bank holiday shifts
Location: We are actively seeking Healthcare Assistants to take on a variety of regular shifts, including day, night, and weekend options (8-12 hours per shift).

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will have the chance to engage with one or a select few of our exceptional clients on a long-term basis.
Work Schedule
- Flexible shifts available: days, nights, and weekends.
- Shift lengths vary from 8 to 12 hours based on client needs.
- Options for full-time and part-time roles with flexible contracts, leading to permanent positions.
Training and Development
Superior Healthcare provides comprehensive, classroom-based training for all new healthcare assistants, along with paid induction shifts and continuous support from our dedicated team of nurses and supervisors.
If a client's requirements necessitate additional skills (such as nutritional support), we will offer paid, specialized training to ensure you can effectively meet their needs while enhancing your own professional development.

Requirements for Healthcare Assistants:
- At least 6 months of experience in a professional care environment, ideally with individuals requiring complex care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check.
- A full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
