Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments as needed.
  • Process patient requests, including requests for medical records, test results, and other documents.
  • Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using medical software and systems, including SystmOne.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
