Neighbourhood Housing Officer

4Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring neighbourhood estates are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular estate inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Work with local residents to develop community facilities, activities, and events that align with neighbourhood plans.
- Collaborate with local partners to address neighbourhood safety and anti-social behaviour issues.
- Manage tenancies and ensure that estate inspections are carried out effectively.
- Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers that meet the needs of local residents.
- Experience in tenancy management and estate inspections.
- Ability to work with customers in person and enjoy working with people in the community.
- Full UK driving license and access to own transport for business use.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
