4Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join their team in Stevenage, covering the Hertfordshire and Essex region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure neighbourhood estates are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate breaches of tenancy, support vulnerable customers, and address anti-social behaviour through collaboration with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers, working with local residents groups to develop community facilities and activities.
  • Liaise with local partners, such as safer neighbourhood teams and the voluntary sector, on neighbourhood safety and ASB issues.
  • Visit customers in breach of their tenancy or lease agreement, and assess whether they require ongoing tenancy sustainment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in tenancy management and estate inspections.
  • Ability to work with customers in person and enjoy working with people in the community.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own transport for business use.
