Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rent accounts for general needs and Independent Living properties.
  • Ensure prompt dealing of customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Apply a comprehensive income collection and recovery service for our customers.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 Parts VI and VII.
  • Knowledge of welfare benefits and recent housing issues and government initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
