We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to assist with the planning, organization, and administration of public exams and assessments.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all data relating to student records across various funding streams.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £22,070 per annum, along with a contributory pension scheme and other benefits.

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting with the collection, checking, inputting, and submission of data using in-house databases and external systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Supporting managers in delivering training to invigilators to ensure exams are conducted to high standards.
  • Maintaining the exams timetable, including on-demand exam and invigilator bookings.
  • Responding to enquiries from students and supporting curriculum teams with queries.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers regarding timetables, registers, exams entries, and fees.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work independently, plan, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to communicate with people at various levels.
  • Experience working in administration and a customer-focused environment.
  • A level 2 or above in Numeracy and Literacy.
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
