Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Insurance Broker to join our US Property Market team at Next Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for placing business effectively within the Lloyd's/London Company insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and anticipate clients' needs, providing tailored insurance solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Manage and maintain insurance facilities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the production of new business, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to bring in new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain current business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Lloyd's/London Company insurance market, with a proven track record in broking.
  • Exposure to US property insurance.
  • Strong ability to understand and address clients' needs, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
  • Collaborative spirit, able to work effectively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proactive and driven, with a passion for delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on the Excel platform.
