We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in the insurance industry with a company that values personal growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Support senior brokers in placing and renewing insurance policies, including liaising with underwriters and clients.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify the best insurance products and options for clients.
- Develop an understanding of the insurance market, products, and regulatory environment.
- Attend client meetings, preparing presentations and documentation as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.
