Job Title: Director of Sales- Tech
Job Summary:
Vantage is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy for a large financial organisation. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and partnerships strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the business, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to develop and implement pricing models that drive sustained business growth.
- Manage commercial reporting, including sales forecasts and pipelines, to ensure the business strategy meets operational demand.
- Oversee the onboarding of Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Develop and implement GTM strategies and sales plans that drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of commercial strategies.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
