Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Resolute Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new customer relationships within the powered access industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the powered access industry
  • Collaborate with the sales and sales support teams to achieve sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the hire market
  • Strong knowledge of the powered access industry and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of tenacity, drive, and motivation to deliver impressive results
