Your Role: Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager within our Asset Reliability Division, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying, evaluating, and securing new business opportunities within your designated industry sector. You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve BES Group's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the acquisition of new clients through presentations, negotiations, follow-up, and documentation preparation.
- Conduct site visits to present our services and assess client requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Contribute to the development of effective business strategies, priorities, and market propositions, leveraging your industry expertise and understanding of our products and competitors.

- Build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders across the business to facilitate collaboration and promote the company's multi-department service portfolio.
