Regional Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Coordinator to assist our General Management Services across a designated area of multiple establishments. The successful candidate will report directly to one of our Operations Managers to effectively execute sales and marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with our General Managers and Service Leaders on-site, taking charge of the implementation of the sales and marketing plan, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Development and execution of essential sales initiatives at the venue level
  • Targeted marketing for capital expenditure projects (when applicable)
  • Seasonal promotional strategies aligned with product highlights – premium offerings, promotional materials, internal communications, and merchandising
  • Enhancing reservation systems, websites, email campaigns, social media presence, and third-party platforms
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales and manage responses to inquiries and reviews

We are looking for Regional Sales and Marketing Coordinators to oversee a cluster of businesses, reporting directly to one of our Operations Managers to successfully implement marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our General Managers and Sales & Marketing Coordinators on-site, responsible for executing the sales and marketing strategy, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Embedding and supporting key sales initiatives
  • Providing focused assistance for capital expenditure projects
  • Creating and managing relevant premium packages and promotional materials
  • Ensuring pub teams are informed about new products, offers, and initiatives
  • Establishing strong internal communication within your team
  • Optimizing all websites, including content updates and third-party platforms
  • Ensuring efficient setup and response rates for online systems
  • Generating and sharing innovative ideas for event calendars
  • Delivering effective monthly communication campaigns
  • Managing active social media engagement
  • Ensuring prompt responses to online reviews
