The Oval Partnership is a leading global drinks brand seeking a highly skilled On-Trade Marketing Executive to join their London-based team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement in the on-trade market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Annual Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute annual marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, insights, and movements to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Drive Innovative Thinking: Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging team members to think outside the box and develop new ideas for customer activations and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Effectively coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and Execute Activations: Design and implement online and offline marketing activations that engage customers and drive business results across the UK hospitality sector.
  • Build Strong Agency Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring high levels of service and collaboration.
  • Optimize Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources across various projects and brands, ensuring effective use of time, budget, and personnel.
  • Support Regional Managers and KAMs: Collaborate with Regional Managers and Key Account Managers to plan and deliver marketing activities with key customers.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate events with customers and the sales team to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of studies in marketing, sales management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of direct and hands-on experience in the on-trade market, with additional experience in commercial, marketing, and/or customer marketing an advantage.
  • Skills: Ability to take initiative, self-motivate, and acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment; excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and teamwork; flexible, enthusiastic, and committed attitude; excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work within strict deadlines.
  • Availability: Availability to travel and a full UK driving license preferred.
