Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team at Impact Creative Recruitment Ltd. As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various administrative tasks, including social media management, sales support, and marketing material updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Create engaging content and manage the company's social media channels to promote our luxury hospitality services.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing administrative support.
  • Marketing Material Updates: Maintain and update service catalogues, brochures, and marketing materials to reflect new product lines and services.
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support, including preparing quotes, pricelists, reports, client databases, and seminar content.
  • Sales Support: Respond to customer enquiries, support lead generation, and nurture new business clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
