Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  2. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, provide administrative support, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  1. Automotive Trade Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive trade, preferably in a sales or administrative role.
  2. Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  3. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Marketing Skills: Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 per annum.
  • 40 Hours per Week: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • 20 Days Holiday: Plus bank holidays.
