The ideal candidate will work closely with our Operations Managers to effectively execute sales and marketing strategies. Your role will involve collaboration with General Managers and Service Masters at various locations, focusing on the following key responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of primary sales initiatives at the pub level
  • Targeted marketing efforts for capital expenditure projects

  • Enhancement of reservation systems, websites, email campaigns, social media, and third-party platforms
  • Driving customer service excellence and improving response rates for inquiries and feedback

With over 200 venues, our award-winning design philosophy ensures a superior experience in both atmosphere and service. From historic pubs to contemporary cocktail bars, each establishment boasts its own unique character. Our staff take pride in our culture and are passionate about their roles.

We are looking for Regional Sales and Marketing Coordinators to oversee a cluster of establishments, reporting directly to an Operations Manager to implement marketing strategies effectively. You will collaborate with on-site General Managers and Sales & Marketing Coordinators, taking charge of:

  • Integrating and supporting essential sales initiatives
  • Providing targeted assistance for capital projects
  • Creating and managing relevant premium packages and marketing collateral
  • Keeping pub teams informed about new products, promotions, and initiatives
  • Fostering strong internal communication within your team
  • Ensuring all websites are optimized, including content updates and third-party platforms
  • Maintaining efficient response rates for inquiries
  • Generating and sharing innovative ideas for event calendars
  • Delivering impactful monthly newsletters
  • Managing active social media engagement
  • Ensuring prompt responses to online reviews
