From historic pubs rich in character to trendy cocktail bars, each establishment boasts a unique identity. Our team members take pride in our culture and are passionate about their roles.
We are looking for Regional Sales and Marketing Coordinators to oversee a cluster of establishments, reporting directly to our Operations Managers to successfully implement marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our General Managers and Sales & Marketing Coordinators on-site, taking charge of the sales and marketing execution, which includes:
- Supporting and embedding key sales initiatives
- Offering focused assistance for capital projects
- Creating and managing relevant premium packages and promotional materials
- Keeping pub teams informed about new products, offers, and initiatives
- Establishing effective internal communication within your team
- Ensuring all websites are optimized, including content updates and third-party platform management
- Maintaining an efficient setup for customer engagement and response
- Generating and sharing creative ideas for event calendars
- Delivering impactful monthly newsletters
- Managing active social media presence
- Ensuring timely responses to online reviews
