We are currently looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the educational experience of students by supporting classroom activities, conducting one-on-one interventions, and facilitating small group sessions.

Your involvement will extend beyond the classroom, as you will assist with various school activities, including break duties and supporting teachers with lesson preparation and assessment tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support whole class lessons and engage with students.
  • Provide individualized support and interventions for students in need.
  • Assist with small group work to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Participate in wider school activities and responsibilities.

Working Hours:

  • 08:30 - 15:30
  • Monday to Friday
  • Term time only

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses patience, proactivity, and resilience.
  • Experience working with children is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrates strong numeracy and literacy skills (A-C Grade) in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
