We are currently looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the educational experience of students in a Primary school setting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in whole class lessons
  • Providing one-on-one support for students
  • Facilitating small group activities

In addition to classroom support, you will engage in various aspects of school life, such as:

  • Supervising students during break times
  • Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and marking

Role Requirements:

  • Working hours: 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday, during term time
  • Ideal candidates should possess patience, proactivity, and resilience, as the role can be challenging yet fulfilling
  • Experience with children is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, ideally with GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grades A-C
