About Teaching Personnel:

We are currently in search of dedicated Learning Support Assistants for a Primary school setting. Your primary duties will include assisting with whole class instruction, delivering one-on-one support, and facilitating small group activities.

In addition to classroom responsibilities, you will engage in broader school activities such as supervising during breaks, overseeing various activities, and aiding class teachers with lesson preparation and assessment tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for working with children across the Primary age spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working hours: 08:30 - 15:30
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Term time only
  • We seek individuals who demonstrate patience, proactivity, and resilience, as this role can be challenging yet highly rewarding.
  • Previous experience with children is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential (A-C Grade) GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
