About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our pupils with autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in the delivery of educational programs and activities, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide individualized support to pupils, helping them to develop their skills and confidence in a variety of settings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting pupils with autism and complex needs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting pupils with autism and complex needs.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of pupils and the school.
  • Knowledge of autism and complex needs, with a commitment to providing high-quality support and care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
