Position: Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance Coordinator
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits and Performance Bonus

As the HSE Compliance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel at our operational sites. This position offers the chance to engage with various client locations across the UK, enhancing your professional experience in the field.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior management in formulating and disseminating HSE policies and protocols.
  • Oversee the implementation, revision, and auditing of the organization's HSE frameworks.
  • Evaluate the effective application of Safety and Environmental System procedures.
  • Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk evaluations.
  • Support maintenance and project activities at client locations, which may require travel and adaptable work schedules.

Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid Full Driving License.
  • Demonstrated experience in Health and Safety advisory roles within heavy engineering sectors.
  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or an equivalent qualification.
  • CSCS card holder.
  • Qualified internal health and safety auditor with proven auditing experience.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Pragmatic approach to managing Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Assurance.
