About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the transformation of planned care across our integrated care system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced project support for the transformation of planned care across the integrated care system.
  • Project manage the transformation of end-to-end pathways to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Work with providers to deliver savings and take out costs in provider organizations.
  • Support relevant workforce development to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Support the drive to improve efficiencies and reduce health inequalities.
Requirements
  • Clear communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, maintain discretion, and use initiative.
  • Advanced IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
  • Numerate and able to understand complex financial issues combined with deep analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to plan over short, medium, and long-term timeframes and adjust plans and resource requirements accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to carry out workflow planning and resourcing.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience working at a similar level in a specialist area.
  • Further training or significant experience to post-graduate diploma level.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Master level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience of creating and managing budgets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques, and tools.
