Pharmacist in Charge of ATMPs at Transformation Unit

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the development and implementation of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert leadership, advice, and guidance on the safe use of cell, gene, and tissue products.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the Clinical Pharmacy Services for ATMPs: Develop, manage, and evaluate the clinical pharmacy services for ATMPs across the Transformation Unit.
- Operational Management and Oversight: Act as the named Pharmacy ATMP lead and retain responsibility for the operational management and oversight of the use of all ATMPs within the Transformation Unit.
- Genetic Materials Safety Committee (GMSC) Lead: Work as the lead pharmacist within the Trust Genetic Materials Safety Committee (GMSC) to safely implement the introduction and use of ATMPs across the Transformation Unit.
- MPharm Postgraduate clinical qualification or equivalent experience.
- Able to provide highly complex information on clinical pharmacy and issues and impart knowledge to other healthcare professionals (up to and including senior consultant level/regional level).
