We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at LLR Patient Care Locally Community Interest Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transformation of planned care services across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.
About the RoleThe Senior Project Manager will work closely with our stakeholders to drive system-wide improvements in planned care. This will involve project managing the transformation of end-to-end pathways, working with providers to deliver savings and reduce costs, and supporting workforce development.
Main Responsibilities- Provide advanced project support for the transformation of planned care services
- Project manage the transformation of end-to-end pathways
- Work with providers to deliver savings and reduce costs
- Support workforce development
- Support the drive to improve efficiencies
- Drive out health inequalities in all projects
- Experience of providing business support to senior leaders and managing relationships between senior professionals
- Experience of setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures
- Experience of monitoring budgets and business planning processes
- Experience of managing a team
- Demonstrated experience of coordinating activities in complex and challenging environments
- Experience of drafting briefing papers and correspondence at senior management team level
- Significant experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment
- Good understanding of current and anticipated developments that will affect the health sector
- Understanding of the public sector
