Sales Support Administrator

Type: Permanent | Full Time | Office-based

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break and Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.

Required Experience:

We seek an individual who is eager to dive in and learn, as many of our internal systems may be unfamiliar. This role encompasses multiple sub-departments, providing a diverse range of activities to participate in.
Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced office environment and possess strong prioritization and time management abilities.
A willingness to communicate positively with customers over the phone is essential, ensuring they receive priority attention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders and quotations using our internal and online pricing systems.
- Maintain effective communication with team members across all departments.
- Provide professional customer liaison in accordance with the Company's service level agreements, monitoring allocated inboxes and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
- Assist the customer care department with ticket management.
- Manage sales leads and liaise with customers regarding order specifications and quotations from updates to sign-off and production.
- Attend weekly internal sales meetings.
- Schedule orders in alignment with production schedules and available factory hours.
- Update the sales team on available production capacity.
- Collaborate with the sales team on anticipated orders to ensure fulfillment of bulk weeks.
- Answer office phone calls and maintain a customer CRM system.
- Proactively cover all departmental functions and assist in other areas during breaks or absences.
- Occasionally attend trade shows as required.
- Help with inventory management of stationery and marketing supplies.
- Perform any other duties as necessary to meet the employer's business needs.
