Qualifications:
We seek an individual who is eager to dive in and learn on the job, as many of our internal systems may be unfamiliar. Given that this role spans multiple sub-departments, you will encounter a wide range of activities.
Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced office setting and possess strong prioritization and time management abilities.Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to engage positively with our customers, ensuring they feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and quotations using our internal and online pricing systems.
- Maintain effective communication with team members across all departments.

- Assist the customer care team with ticket management.
- Manage sales leads effectively.
- Communicate with customers regarding order specifications and quotations, from updates to final approvals.
- Attend weekly internal sales meetings.
- Schedule orders according to production timelines and available factory hours.
- Update the sales team on production capacity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely fulfillment of bulk orders.
- Handle incoming calls and maintain the customer CRM system.
- Support various departmental functions as needed, including covering for colleagues during breaks or absences.
- Occasionally represent the company at trade shows.
- Assist with inventory management in the stationery and marketing areas.
- Perform any additional duties as required to support the business's needs.
