Market 36 Recruitment is currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a permanent position within our client’s organization.


The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating and overseeing the processing of quotes and orders from initiation to completion, while also providing essential administrative assistance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the processing of orders and quotations utilizing the internal system
  • Ensuring effective communication with various departments
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Addressing customer inquiries promptly
  • Supporting the customer care team
  • Handling incoming inquiries
  • Coordinating with clients regarding order specifications and quotations, from updates to final approval and production
  • Participating in internal meetings
  • Organizing order schedules
  • Collaborating with other internal teams
  • Responding to inbound calls and updating the CRM system as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proactive mindset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Clear and confident telephone communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Prior experience in administration
  • Previous exposure to sales processes involving costing, pricing, and quotations is advantageous but not mandatory
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This position is full-time and requires on-site presence; hybrid working arrangements are not available.


In return, our client provides a competitive salary along with 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional day added for each year of service.
