Required Experience:
We are looking for an individual who is eager to dive in and learn, as many of our internal systems may be unfamiliar. This role encompasses multiple sub-departments, providing a wide range of activities to participate in.
Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced office environment and possess strong prioritization and time management abilities.
A proactive approach to customer communication is essential, ensuring that our clients feel valued and prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and quotations using our internal and online pricing systems.
- Maintain effective communication with team members across all departments.
- Provide professional customer service in accordance with the company's service level agreements. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Assist the customer care department with ticket management.
- Manage sales leads effectively.
- Liaise with customers regarding order specifications and quotations, from updates to final approval and production.
- Attend weekly internal sales meetings.
- Schedule orders in alignment with production schedules and allocated factory hours.
- Update the sales team on available production capacity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely fulfillment of bulk orders.
- Answer office phone calls and maintain the customer CRM system.
- Proactively cover all aspects of the department and assist in other areas during breaks or absences.
- Occasionally attend trade shows as needed.
- Assist with inventory management in the stationery and marketing areas.
- Perform any other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
