Position: IFA Administrator

Company: Blakemore Recruitment

We are seeking an IFA Administrator to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting Financial Advisers and ensuring that all client documentation is processed with precision and adheres to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather illustrations, key features, and application forms from various Platform Providers
  • Assemble client meeting packs with all required documentation
  • Dispatch client documentation as necessary
  • Issue signed letters of authority and maintain up-to-date client records
  • Prepare applications for new business
  • Address inquiries from IFAs, colleagues, clients, and providers
  • Foster client relationships with providers
  • Generate client valuation schedules
  • Oversee client plans and requests
  • Manage an efficient diary and ensure all activities are on schedule
  • Notify Advisers and Admin Manager of any client-related developments

Required Experience / Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Client-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Solid industry knowledge
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping capabilities
  • Desire to pursue professional qualifications (preferred)
