IT Support Specialist

Carpenter Box is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our staff and partners.

About the Role
  • Provide top-notch technical support to our IT users, including troubleshooting, advice, and guidance.
  • Deliver a premium technical services experience to our partners, enabling them to work more efficiently.
  • Liaise with departmental heads to understand their technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry technical developments and contribute to the development of our long-term technical strategy.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of our network servers, PCs, routers, and other hardware.
  • Ensure all new staff members receive a comprehensive and proficient technical induction.
  • Travel to one of our office locations on a weekly basis.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and other reasonable tasks as directed by the directors.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a technical support role.
  • A proactive interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
