About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide critical support to our Financial Advisers, ensuring seamless client interactions and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client documentation and requests in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Compile client meeting packs with relevant documentation, including valuations, client agreements, and risk questionnaires.
  • Post client documentation to clients or product providers as necessary.
  • Issue signed letters of authority and transfer of agency documents to providers.
  • Maintain accurate client records and policy information on Intelliflo Office.
  • Prepare new business applications in accordance with company procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely information as required.
  • Manage relationships with providers to ensure a professional service.
  • Deal with fee and commission queries from the Finance Department.
  • Produce accurate client valuation schedules and input data into Intelliflo Office.
  • Arrange for amendments to encashment and withdrawal requests from existing client plans.
  • Update Intelliflo Office client records with amendments.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all work is processed, including regular reports and diary management.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and other applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Client-centric approach.
  • Organized and highly motivated.
  • Good levels of industry knowledge.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
  • Willingsness to study towards professional qualifications (desirable but not essential).
