Position Overview

The Senior Compliance and Contracts Officer will be a key member of the i-Pharm Operations Department, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Compliance and Operations.

This role is primarily focused on ensuring compliance for a significant number of contractors engaged with various client operations across the UK and Europe. It presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow within the compliance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for compliance inquiries throughout the UK and Europe, ensuring that client requirements are consistently met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with essential internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors and manage daily communications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address internal inquiries and verify the accuracy of placement records within the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and best practice guidelines for compliance across the organization.
  • Deliver training sessions to internal staff as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contract compliance within a global recruitment agency is essential.
  • Highly driven with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze documentation and assess work processes effectively.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels, with a confident telephone demeanor.
  • Capability to manage challenging conversations, focusing on finding common ground and solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Training and Development:

  • Comprehensive theoretical and practical training will be provided from the outset and will continue throughout employment.
  • Work collaboratively in an open office environment, providing opportunities to learn from colleagues and engage in knowledge sharing.
