Role Overview: We are seeking a Compliance and Contracts Specialist to join our Global team, working in a hybrid capacity. This role involves collaboration with the Business Services team and direct reporting to a Contracts & Compliance Manager, with a focus on supporting compliance initiatives across the UK and EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize client and candidate documentation, ensuring accuracy in the CRM and alignment with contractual provisions.
  • Manage the onboarding process for candidates, including conducting necessary clearance checks and uploading relevant documents to the CRM and Client portals.
  • Address and resolve candidate inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation for Contractors is recorded in the CRM prior to their deployment.
  • Modify addendums as required.
  • Handle contract extensions and terminations.
  • Assist in managing the GDPR Privacy inbox, addressing requests for information, erasure requests, and other GDPR-related inquiries.
  • Generate and maintain CRM reports on new candidates, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
  • Provide necessary support to Sales Teams as needed.
  • Maintain and update the CRM consistently.
  • Engage with candidates, contractors, clients, and consultants to obtain missing documents and information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Required Expertise:

  • Proficient in Excel and database management.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on document organization and filing.
  • Able to meet strict deadlines.
