Training Coordinator

Salary: £24,960 Pro-Rata
Hours: Monday- Friday, 25 hours per week
We are seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient individual to join our Field Services training team as a Training Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with the Training and Quality officer to provide administrative support with the daily operations and planning for our training academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange training for our current engineers when renewals are required;
- Update learner records on external registration systems;
- Organize new starter inductions, ensuring the necessary materials are ordered and communications are delivered;
- Raise purchase orders for training materials and equipment in line with company policies;
- Provide support on the reception desk to greet incoming visitors and assist with access.
Requirements:
- Approachable and confident with excellent communication skills;
- Previous experience working on a reception desk would be beneficial;
- Comfortable using IT packages and systems such as Microsoft Office and a learner management system;
- Flexible individual with a proactive mindset and strong time management skills.
