About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Events Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external events, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, including charity and fundraising events, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, data entry, and database maintenance, prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • People Management: Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees, maintain employee records, and handle HR-related queries.
