People and Events Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in event planning and administration? We are seeking a People & Events Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, including charity and fundraising events, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, music, and transportation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices for the company.
- Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, data entry, and database maintenance.
- Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and arrange conferences.
- Manage diaries and calendars for team members.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related queries.
- Organize inductions and training.
- An excellent salary of £28,000.
