Job Title: People & Events Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People & Events Administrator to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing cultural activities, events, and onboarding programs that support our company values and promote employee engagement and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage cultural activities and events to align with our department strategy and support employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs that introduce new hires to our company culture, values, and expectations.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Manage engagement metrics and data to ensure high levels of accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent team to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role focused on employee engagement, training, or event management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement.
