Job Title: People & Events Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage internal and external events, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and provide administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, including charity and fundraising events, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, music, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to get the best price for the company.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, database maintenance, and document preparation.
  • Manage diaries and calendars for team members.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR-related queries.
