The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to support our Field Support Team in improving efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Logistics and Administrative Support: Ensure the efficient deployment of equipment, manage stock movement, storage, and warehouse management, and provide administrative support to the Field Support Team.
  • Field Operations: Conduct field visits to shows and fundraisers, manage vehicle inspection reports, and provide first-line support for tablet queries and issues.
  • Accident Reporting: Record accidents in the field and in Head Office using DocuSign.
  • Communication: Liaise with insurance companies for repairs and manage the accident reporting process for area company vehicles.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous logistics/warehouse/supply chain and administrative experience
  • IT literacy, particularly in Excel
  • Confident face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Able to cope with the physical demands of the role
  • UK Driving License
