Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Club Company (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the restaurant, functions, Halfway Hut, and Pulse Café, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to our customers.
  • Supervise and train a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and purchasing, ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in our food and beverage operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure that health and safety requirements are met, and that our food and beverage operations are compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage cash and charge procedures, including guest check analysis, tip reports, and daily sales reports.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to our company values.
Requirements
  • College or university degree in hospitality management or culinary arts.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium hospitality environment.
  • Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • CPR, First Aid, or AED certified.
