About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in our restaurants, bars, and lounges.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our hotel's facilities and services to promote to guests.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and friendly approachable personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
